ROLE
– Support planning, execution, and supervision of CSR construction projects
– Conduct site visits and ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of work
– Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and local stakeholders
– Assist in project tracking, reporting, and documentation
– Support impact assessment and data collection for CSR initiatives
– Contribute to non-construction CSR activities such as community engagement programs and events
– Ensure compliance with organizational and statutory CSR guidelines

REQUIREMENTS
– Basic knowledge of construction processes and site management
– Strong coordination and communication skills
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in field environments
– Willingness to travel to project sites
– Exposure to CSR or development sector projects
– Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
– Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and communities
