ROLE
– Manage and grow the DMart Ready / DMart Online business account
– Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
– Ensure optimum product availability and stock replenishment across all assigned categories
– Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment
– Monitor SKU-wise sales performance and recommend actions for business growth
– Execute promotional activities, campaigns, and new product launches as per agreed timelines
– Track inventory levels and minimize stock-outs and lost sales opportunities
– Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports
– Manage order processing, claims, deductions, and payment reconciliations
– Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers and buying teams
– Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
– Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards
REQUIREMENTS
– Graduate in any discipline
– 5–6 years of experience in Modern Trade, E-commerce, or Key Account Management
– Experience handling DMart Ready, Modern Trade, or E-commerce accounts preferred
