ROLE
– Implement and monitor EHS / HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards at the project site.
– Conduct regular site inspections, safety rounds, and workplace audits to identify unsafe conditions and practices.
– Ensure implementation of HIRA, JSA, PTW, SOPs, and safe work procedures.
– Monitor safety compliance during construction, installation, electrical, mechanical, civil, and commissioning activities.

– Report safety observations, near misses, incidents, and critical risks to the Site / Regional EHS Head.
– Follow up on corrective and preventive actions and ensure timely closure of identified safety gaps.
– Promote a strong safety culture and zero-incident mindset across the project site.
REQUIREMENTS
– 1–5 Years of relevant experience in EHS / HSE
– B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or relevant Engineering discipline
– Diploma / Degree / Certification in Safety / EHS / HSE preferred
– Knowledge of EHS / HSE practices and statutory safety requirements
– HIRA / JSA / PTW knowledge
– Incident reporting and investigation

– PPE and safety equipment awareness
– Strong communication and coordination skills
