ROLE
– Develop integrated turnaround and shutdown schedules using Primavera P6.
– Build and maintain complex schedules with 10,000–50,000+ activities.
– Develop Level 3, Level 4, and Level 5 project schedules.
– Resource loading, leveling, schedule compression, and recovery planning.
– Conduct schedule reviews, progress updates, variance analysis, and forecasting.
– Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Inspection, Procurement, and Contractors.
– Lead planning workshops and support turnaround execution.
– Ensure schedule quality and compliance with industry best practices.

REQUIREMENTS
– 10–18 years of Planning & Scheduling experience in Oil & Gas.
– Minimum 5 years of dedicated Turnaround/Shutdown planning experience.
– Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
– Strong knowledge of Resource Loading & Leveling.
– Strong knowledge of Schedule Baselining.
– Strong knowledge of Float Analysis.
– Strong knowledge of Schedule Compression.
– Strong knowledge of Recovery Scheduling.
– Strong knowledge of Progress Measurement.
– Experience developing schedules with 10,000+ activities.
– Experience in refinery, petrochemical, LNG, gas processing, offshore, fertilizer, or large industrial shutdown projects.
– SAP PM integration experience is an added advantage.
– Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
– Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
– Excellent communication and planning workshop facilitation skills.
– Ability to independently develop execution-ready turnaround schedules and optimize shutdown duration.
