ROLE
– Install, inspect, and maintain solar power systems including panels, inverters, batteries, and wiring systems.
– Diagnose and resolve electrical and technical faults at customer sites.
– Provide after-sales service and ensure timely complaint resolution.
– Conduct preventive maintenance of installed systems.
– Test equipment performance and ensure systems operate efficiently.
– Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, production, and technical support for issue resolution.
– Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and customer feedback records.
– Educate customers on product usage, safety precautions, and basic maintenance.
– Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company service protocols.
– Travel to customer locations for on-site service whenever required.
REQUIREMENTS
– ITI in Electrical / Electrician Trade OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering
– Freshers can apply, 1–3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, solar service, or field service will be preferred.
– Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring, and troubleshooting.
– Understanding of solar systems, inverters, and batteries.
– Ability to use electrical tools and testing instruments such as multimeter, clamp meter, etc.
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
– Good communication and customer handling skills.
– Ability to work independently and in field conditions.
– Willingness to travel for service visits.
– Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
