ROLE
– Manage and synchronize daily activities for field technicians and site operators
– Coordinate team schedules to ensure 24/7 operational coverage and SLA compliance
– Provide performance feedback, coaching, and professional development
– Proactively monitor charger health and performance via digital dashboards and analytics
– Identify errors, inefficiencies, and anomalies in real-time
– Direct the field team toward immediate resolution with actionable diagnostics
– Track key metrics: uptime, MTTR, SLA achievement, cost per repair
– Act as the first point of escalation for both technical and operational issues
– Provide remote troubleshooting guidance to field technicians
– Offer on-site technical support during complex repairs and preventative maintenance
– Document issues, root causes, and solutions for knowledge base
– Serve as the site safety advocate; ensure all team members adhere to electrical safety protocols
– Conduct safety briefings and compliance audits
– Report and manage safety incidents; drive corrective actions
– Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills in managing “off-book” situations
– Make sound decisions where standard operating procedures may not yet exist
– Collaborate with backend engineering for complex technical escalations
– Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on field insights
– Assist technicians during preventative maintenance activities
– Provide direct support on complex and critical repair tasks
– Stay current with charger technology and maintain technical expertise
REQUIREMENTS
– ITI, Diploma, or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
– 4–8 years of hands-on field service experience
– Preferably within EV infrastructure, Grid power systems, or heavy industrial electrical systems
– Proven track record in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair operations
– Experience managing or mentoring technical teams is a plus
– Knowledge of power electronics, DC-DC converters, and battery systems preferred
– Familiarity with digital monitoring systems and dashboards
– Proficiency in English – required for documentation and senior team coordination
– Fluency in either Telugu or Hindi – essential for field team communication
