ROLE
– Assess and communicate site details and measurements accurately to the design team
– Coordinate & assist the design team in the final design with site layout and all other required details
– Explain the design to the client to expedite approvals
– Communicate details accurately with the installer and ensure that systems and processes are followed during installation
– Monitor installations and ensure project execution with zero errors across all residential project sites
– Conduct quality assessments and maintenance activities at sites
– Provide after sales service support & maintenance
– Diagnose service requests to identify the root cause and provide efficient long-term resolution
– Maintain files and documents related to site surveys, project execution, and service reports
– Provide daily work status report via email to reporting manager
