ROLE
– Manage daily posting, scheduling, and content publishing
– Create and coordinate creatives, reels, and video content
– Handle comments, messages, and community engagement
– Run and optimize social media campaigns for reach and leads
– Collaborate with design, content, and performance teams
– Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships
– Monitor trends and implement new content ideas
– Ensure brand consistency across all social platforms

REQUIREMENTS
– Knowledge of content strategy, reels, and short-form video trends
– Analytical mindset with ability to track and optimize performance
– Good communication and community management skills
– Creative thinking and trend awareness
– 2+ years of experience in social media management
– Experience working in companies like Loom Solar Pvt Ltd or similar D2C / E-commerce / Digital-first companies will be an advantage
