ROLE
– Handle material shifting and site readiness
– Install structure, modules, earthing, cabling, and inverter systems
– Execute civil works including foundations for structure and earthing
– Provide system explanation and basic training to customers
– Ensure all SOPs are followed, including pre- and post-installation documentation

REQUIREMENTS
– Candidates must have completed Class 12 / ITI / Diploma
– Completion of a 3-month Skill Development Course
– 0–2 years of experience in electrical installations, maintenance, or related electrical work preferred
– Willingness to travel extensively
– Good oral and written communication skills
– Strong ownership with a passion for delivering high-quality results
– Willingness to learn, upskill, and undertake tasks such as site surveys and material inspection
– Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
– Prior experience in solar installation or renewable energy projects
– Basic understanding of electrical systems and safety standards
– Knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage
