ROLE
– Monitor solar plant performance through SCADA systems on a real-time basis
– Analyze generation, irradiation, and equipment data to identify performance gaps
– Troubleshoot SCADA issues, communication failures, and field device faults
– Ensure seamless data acquisition from inverters, meters, weather stations, and other devices
– Coordinate with site O&M teams for fault resolution and system restoration
– Maintain SCADA servers, PLCs, RTUs, and communication networks
– Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
– Improve SCADA vs actual data accuracy and reduce deviations
– Configure alarms, alerts, and event monitoring systems
– Support new plant integration and SCADA commissioning activities
– Ensure cybersecurity, system integrity, and compliance documentation

REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering
– 4 to 6 years of experience in SCADA systems, preferably in solar or renewable energy projects
– Knowledge of SCADA architecture and operation
– Understanding of solar plant equipment and power systems
– Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis
– Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
– Good communication and coordination ability
– Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
– Ability to work in a fast-paced and monitoring environment
