ROLE
– Manage inventory across warehouses, service locations, swap stations, and EMS partners
– Maintain accurate inventory records in Odoo or Mi Cloud systems
– Identify and standardise part codes
– Prepare and analyse GRN vs Dispatch reports including direct vendor-to-EMS supplies
– Conduct inventory reconciliation and investigate discrepancies
– Identify shortages, excess stock, ageing inventory, and damaged materials
– Monitor swap station inventory and ensure replenishment
– Manage service issuance, consumption records, and stock movement
– Resolve inventory disputes with EMS partners
– Conduct monthly physical verification
– Prepare inventory, shortage reports
– Follow warehouse SOPs and inventory control processes

REQUIREMENTS
– Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
– 2–5 years of experience in stores, warehouse, inventory, or logistics
