Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor STP equipment such as pumps, blowers, motors, filters, and dosing systems.
Check and maintain treatment parameters including pH, TDS, COD, BOD, MLSS, and flow levels.
Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of STP machinery.
Maintain daily logbooks, operational records, and testing reports.
Handle chemical dosing and ensure proper chemical inventory management.
Monitor inlet and outlet water quality as per pollution control standards.
Identify operational issues and report breakdowns immediately.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the plant area.
Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams when required.
