ROLE
– Operate solar cell stringing machines efficiently
– Solder and interconnect solar cells as per design specifications
– Maintain alignment and spacing of solar cells
– Ensure adherence to production targets and timelines
– Record production data and report daily output
– Follow safety and quality standards at all times
– Coordinate with quality and production teams
