ROLE
– Operate and monitor stringer machines for solar cell tabbing and stringing
– Ensure proper alignment and soldering of solar cells
– Perform basic machine setup and parameter adjustments
– Conduct routine checks to maintain product quality
– Identify and report defects or machine issues
– Maintain production records and follow safety guidelines

REQUIREMENTS
– ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
– 1–3 years of experience in solar manufacturing or similar production environment
– Basic understanding of solar cell handling and stringing process
– Attention to detail and quality-focused approach
– Ability to work in shifts
