ROLE
– Operate stringer machines for tabbing and stringing solar cells.
– Ensure proper alignment and soldering of solar cells.
– Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.
– Maintain quality standards as per company guidelines.
– Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
– Identify defects in cells and ensure rejection as per quality norms.
– Maintain daily production reports and logs.
– Follow safety and operational procedures at all times.

REQUIREMENTS

– Basic understanding of electrical/mechanical processes.
– Ability to work in shifts.
– 10th/12th pass with relevant experience can also apply
