ROLE
– Source candidate profiles through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
– Screen resumes based on job requirements.
– Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
– Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
– Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and documentation.
– Prepare daily and weekly recruitment status reports.
– Build and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.
– Support onboarding activities as required.
– Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

REQUIREMENTS
– Good verbal and written communication skills.
– Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
– Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
– Quick learner with a positive attitude.
– Good organizational and time management skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of HR/Recruitment internship experience.
– Passion for Recruitment and Human Resources.
– Confident in speaking with candidates over phone.
– Target-oriented and self-motivated.
– Willingness to learn and grow in Talent Acquisition.
– Strong attention to detail.
