ROLE
– Support end-to-end recruitment and talent operations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring teams.
– Drive end-to-end recruitment processes — from sourcing to offer rollout and onboarding.
– Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other innovative channels.
– Screen profiles, conduct initial conversations, and coordinate interviews.
– Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements across Engineering, Operations, Business, NPD, Finance, and other teams.
– Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication and follow-ups.
– Support offer discussions and negotiations with candidates.
– Assist in building and executing campus hiring and placement strategies.
– Coordinate with colleges and placement cells for internship and full-time hiring programs.
– Represent Exponent in campus engagements and early talent initiatives.
– Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.
