– Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, candidate communication, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
– Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external recruitment agencies, and educational institutions to enhance the talent pipeline
– Analyze recruitment metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
– Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition to drive innovation and efficiency
REQUIREMENTS
– 8 to 10 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, ideally in a leadership role
– Experience managing end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles across all organizational levels within the manufacturing industry
– Led a team of 2 – 4 Recruiters
– Strong skills in Reporting, AI enabled tools, HR analytics or data analysis
– Strong understanding of recruitment principles, techniques, and best practices
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
– Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
– Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and other HR tools
