REQUIREMENTS

– 2–3 years of experience, with at least 1+ years in a technical project management or program management role.
– Proven experience in embedded product development involving both hardware and firmware.
– Demonstrated ability in product industrialization and production handover.
– Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
– Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or AIS standards.
– Experience in vendor coordination and contract manufacturing.
