ROLE
– Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
– Introduce the company’s products and services to potential clients
– Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
– Follow up with customers to convert inquiries into sales opportunities
– Maintain accurate customer records and call logs in CRM/Excel
– Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information
– Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets
– Coordinate with internal departments for customer requirements
– Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication
REQUIREMENTS
– 0–2 years of experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, Customer Support, or Call Centre
– Good persuasion and negotiation skills
– Strong customer service orientation
– Ability to work under targets and deadlines
– Positive attitude and willingness to learn
– Experience in BPO, Telecalling, Customer Support, Banking, Insurance, FinTech, Automobile, EV, or Retail industries will be an advantage
