ROLE
– Search and track government tenders on portals like GeM, eProcurement, and other tender websites
– Prepare and submit tender documents and bids as per requirements
– Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial documents
– Maintain records of tenders, submissions, and deadlines
– Visit government departments/offices for tender-related work when required
– Follow up with clients and departments regarding tender status
– Assist the sales team in government sales opportunities

REQUIREMENTS
– Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
– Willingness to learn tender processes and government procurement systems
– Ready to travel locally for field work and client visits
– Good communication and documentation skills
