ROLE
– Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to electrical systems, batteries, solar products, inverters, and related equipment.
– Coordinate repair and maintenance work with internal teams and field technicians.
– Handle installation support, product testing, and service requests.
– Monitor complaint tickets and ensure timely closure of customer issues.
– Maintain service records, repair reports, and spare parts inventory.
– Support customers with basic troubleshooting guidance over phone or on-site.
– Ensure all repairs and services are completed as per quality standards.
– Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
– Work closely with sales and operations teams for customer satisfaction.
– Follow safety procedures and company technical guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS
– Diploma in Electrical Engineering
– Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
– Basic understanding of solar systems, inverters, batteries, and wiring.
– Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals.
– Good communication and coordination skills.
– Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
– Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
– Ability to travel for field service if required.
– Freshers can apply.
– Experienced candidates in service, maintenance, or electrical repair will be preferred.
