REQUIREMENTS

Job Description
Job Purpose
The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for managing the overall Stores and Warehouse functions at the solar plant site, including inventory management, material receipts, storage, dispatch, stock control, documentation, reconciliation, and day-to-day stores operations as per the defined SOPs. The role will also be responsible for coordinating and maintaining accurate store records through manual and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Inventory Requisition, Purchase Orders Receipts, Materials Received Register (MRR), Storage, Dispatch, and Inventory Control.
Preparation of MRN/MIN (Material Receipt Note/Material Issue Note) through Material Management Software.
Execute all day-to-day Stores functions as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
Maintain all store reports in Manual/ERP Software.
Maintain Store Stock Register and Assets Stock Register.
Prepare monthly Store Reconciliation Statements.
Maintain minimum stock levels of all consumables.
Maintain the proper method of stock issue while maintaining the various levels of stock.
Review the Store function (DPR/ERP feeding status) of sites on a daily basis.
Take overall responsibility for all Stores, Dispatch, and Purchase functions.

Qualifications
Any Graduate / Diploma.
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Stores/Warehouse functions, preferably in an Engineering, Construction, or Solar Plant environment.
