ROLE
– Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
– Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of sales representatives, ensuring high performance, motivation, and professional development.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial solar markets.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, contractors, and government agencies.
– Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform sales tactics and pricing strategies.
– Oversee the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract negotiation and project handover.
– Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and environmental standards in solar project delivery.
– Collaborate with technical and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
– Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, including sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and KPIs.
– Promote company brand and values by representing the organization at industry events, trade shows, and community outreach programs.

REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the solar energy, renewable energy, or clean tech industry.
– Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a team leadership role.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
– Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory and work flexible hours as needed.
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
