ROLE
– Achieve annual revenue, EBITDA, and order booking targets.
– Develop long-term business strategy for scaling EPC operations.
– Identify new market opportunities, key accounts, and strategic partnerships.
– Build high-value customer relationships with corporates, industries, builders, and EPC partners.
– Own complete P&L of EPC vertical.
– Improve gross margin, contribution margin, and cash flow.
– Monitor project profitability and working capital cycle.
– Ensure healthy receivables management and collection efficiency.
– Optimize project costing and procurement strategy.
– Lead national sales strategy for EPC business.
– Develop channel partner, dealer, and corporate sales network.
– Create sales forecasting and pipeline management systems.
– Drive key account management for large EPC clients.
– Monitor conversion ratio, lead management, and sales productivity.
– Ensure timely project execution with quality and safety compliance.
– Monitor installation timelines, commissioning, and project closure.
– Coordinate with engineering, procurement, logistics, and operations teams.
– Reduce project delays, cost overruns, and customer complaints.
– Build SOPs and execution frameworks for scalable operations.
– Explore new EPC opportunities in BESS projects, ground-mounted solar, EV charging infrastructure, hybrid energy projects, and open access solar.
– Evaluate mergers, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
– Build and lead high-performing sales and execution teams.
– Develop leadership pipeline for regional and zonal teams.
– Set KPIs, KRAs, and performance management systems.
– Drive performance culture and accountability across verticals.
– Ensure smooth customer onboarding to commissioning journey.
– Strengthen brand positioning in EPC market.
– Handle strategic escalations and major customer issues.
– Ensure statutory, electrical, and safety compliance.
– Monitor EPC contracts, risk management, and legal documentation.
– Ensure adherence to MNRE, DISCOM, and state solar policies.

REQUIREMENTS
– MBA preferred
– 10–15+ years experience in Solar EPC, Infrastructure, Electrical projects, or Renewable energy business
– Minimum 5+ years in leadership role handling P&L
– Experience in companies like Tata Power Solar, Waaree Energies, SolarSquare, Loom Solar, Adani Green Energy, or Vikram Solar
