ROLE
– Track and drive closure of action items and commitments arising from leadership meetings, discussions, and calls.
– Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and deliverables.
– Maintain a structured task, owner, and deadline tracker and provide regular follow-ups and updates.
– Support the CSO’s Office with research, presentations, reports, and business documentation.
– Assist with stakeholder coordination, meeting preparation, follow-ups, and execution of key initiatives.
– Identify delays or gaps in execution and proactively escalate them to the relevant stakeholders.
– Support day-to-day operational and strategic requirements of the CSO’s Office.
REQUIREMENTS
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– High level of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous startup environment.
– Quick learner with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
– Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
– Ability to coordinate effectively with people across different teams and functions.
– Prior internship or exposure to a startup, Founder’s Office, CEO/CSO Office, Business Development, or Strategy environment.
– Familiarity with CRM or task-management tools.
– Experience in preparing presentations, trackers, research reports, or business summaries.
