ROLE
– Build, ship, and improve external-facing mobile apps for drivers and customers
– Build, ship, and improve external-facing websites for customers, partners, and the broader public
– Build, ship, and improve internal optimization tools for operations, network, and business teams
– Develop backend services in Python that power all of the above
– Collaborate with product, design, hardware, firmware, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end features
– Ensure production excellence — debugging, monitoring, optimizing

REQUIREMENTS
– 1.5+ years of professional software development experience, with strong full-stack exposure
– Strong hands-on experience building modern web and/or mobile applications
– Strong proficiency in Python, React, and React Native preferred, or equally strong fundamentals in a comparable modern stack
– Strong grasp of backend services, RESTful APIs, and databases
– Builder’s intent — you actually want to build things
– Structured problem-solving — you can take a messy, open-ended problem, brainstorm approaches, break it into smaller pieces, and attack them one by one
– Ownership — you take a project from spec to production and don’t drop the ball halfway
