Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across
South Indian states/regions
.
Source candidates through
Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media
.
Handle
South India hiring
, particularly candidates from Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.
Conduct initial screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
Understand regional talent markets and effectively source
local candidates
.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain hiring TAT.
Manage offer roll-outs, joining follow-ups, and onboarding coordination.
Requirements
Required Skills:
Must have experience in South Indian recruitment/hiring.
Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
