ROLE
– Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.
– Explain products/services to customers and generate interest.
– Follow up on leads received from digital platforms, exhibitions, and campaigns.
– Maintain customer data and update CRM regularly.
– Coordinate with field sales and other departments for order closure.
– Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
– Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer support.
– Prepare daily sales reports and follow-up trackers.

REQUIREMENTS
– 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales.
– Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
– Knowledge of solar industry/products will be an added advantage.
– Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and lead management.
