Inside Sales Manager
ROLE
– Identify and onboard new solar dealers, distributors, and channel partners across India.
– Explain Loom Solar product portfolio, dealership benefits, pricing, and margins.
– Conduct telephonic and video-based dealer meetings and product presentations.
– Coordinate dealer documentation, KYC, agreement, and account activation.
– Maintain regular engagement with inactive and potential dealers.
– Handle inbound leads from website, digital campaigns, WhatsApp, and call center.
– Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
– Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and installations.
– Coordinate with operations and service teams for smooth customer experience.
– Achieve monthly dealer onboarding and sales targets.
– Maintain accurate lead and sales data in CRM.
– Track conversion ratio, follow-up efficiency, and revenue performance.
– Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
– Work closely with marketing, logistics, finance, and service departments.
– Support campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
– Train junior inside sales executives on product knowledge and sales scripts.
REQUIREMENTS
– Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.
– Experience in telecalling, inside sales, or channel sales.
– Good knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and WhatsApp business communication.
– Ability to handle sales objections and close deals.
– Understanding of solar products is preferred.
– Graduate / MBA preferred.
– 3–7 years of experience in inside sales, dealer development, or telesales.
– Experience in solar, electrical, inverter, battery, or consumer durable industry preferred.
