ROLE
– Own the release of engineering drawings and maintain accuracy, traceability, and compliance with internal standards and PLM systems.
– Prepare and release complete manufacturing datapacks including drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
– Ensure CTQs are properly flowed down into design, validation, and production stages.
– Perform tolerance analysis to ensure proper fit, function, and manufacturability.
– Ensure compatibility and alignment between interfacing components and drive issue resolution related to assembly, fitment, and performance.
– Develop and optimize packaging layouts for mechanical components and assemblies.

REQUIREMENTS
– Proven experience in mechanical integration, product design, or system engineering
– Attention to detail in design documentation and data management
– Ability to manage multiple design releases and priorities
– Familiarity with drawing standards and release processes
– Cross-functional collaboration and communication
– Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
