ROLE
– Build the Loom Solar Finance Marketplace platform where a customer can apply once and get matched with the most suitable lender, handling data collection, credit/eligibility checks, application distribution, offer presentation, loan approval, dealer installation instruction, and disbursement.
– Increase loan conversion by owning the complete funnel and improving KPIs such as solar enquiries capture, finance eligibility, application rates, approval rates, sanctions, disbursements, average ticket size, approval TAT, disbursement TAT, and finance penetration; primary KPI is finance‑generated/disbursed revenue.
– Design attractive customer financing propositions such as 0/low upfront payment, 3–7 year tenure, competitive EMI, subsidy‑linked financing, solar + battery financing, residential rooftop financing, C&I financing, and upgrade/refinancing options; continuously compare Loom’s offers against competitors.
REQUIREMENTS
– CA/Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing/Operations preferred but not mandatory.
– 5–10 years of experience, preferably in consumer finance, NBFC, banking, fintech, consumer durable finance, auto finance, home improvement finance, or solar finance.
– Prior experience with organizations such as Bajaj Finance, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Tata Capital, Aditya Birla Capital, L&T Finance, Shriram Finance, Hero FinCorp, fintech/NBFC platforms; solar‑finance experience is a strong advantage.
– Must‑have skills: NBFC/bank relationship management, consumer lending, dealer/channel finance, loan funnel management, credit understanding, negotiation, MIS/data analytics, CRM/platform understanding, team management, strong commercial orientation.

Job Description
1. Build lending partnerships
Identify and onboard banks,
NBFCs and fintech lending partners.
Negotiate interest rates,
processing fees, tenure, LTV and dealer/customer schemes.
Create multiple financing
options for residential, C&I and other solar customers.
Maintain relationships with
lending-partner senior management.
Ensure Loom is not
dependent on a single lender.
Target:
5–10 active lending partners.

Create a platform where a customer can apply
once and get matched with the most suitable lender.

Create incentives for
dealers who generate quality finance applications.
Example target:
Every
active Loom dealer should be able to offer financing to every eligible
customer.
5. Customer financing
