ROLE
– Make outbound calls to prospective customers, dealers, and business partners.
– Explain Loom Solar products and generate sales leads.
– Build customer relationships and address product-related queries.
– Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns and other marketing sources.
– Maintain accurate call records and customer interactions in the CRM.
– Coordinate with the regional sales team for lead closure.
– Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
– Ensure excellent customer experience during every interaction.
REQUIREMENTS
– Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
– Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or outbound sales will be preferred.
– Fluency in one of the following languages is mandatory: Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil.
– Basic knowledge of Hindi and English will be an added advantage.
– Good communication, persuasion, and customer handling skills.
– Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
– Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
– Ability to build rapport with customers over phone.
– Willingness to learn about solar products and renewable energy solutions.
