– Conduct process walkthroughs and SOP training

– Recommend process redesign and workflow improvements
– Improve coordination between departments
– Drive continuous improvement projects
– Support Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and automation initiatives
– Improve process standardization across locations
– Enhance productivity and operational discipline
– Monitor process adherence and operational KPIs
– Conduct process reviews and gap analysis
– Identify recurring operational issues
– Ensure process consistency across branches/plants
– Coordinate with ERP/IT teams for workflow automation
– Improve CRM and ERP process integration
– Reduce manual dependency in operations
– Support digital transformation initiatives
– Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Commercial, HR, and Service teams
– Ensure smooth execution of interdepartmental processes
– Prepare process performance MIS
– Analyze productivity and operational efficiency
– Track process KPIs and improvement projects
– Present findings and recommendations to management

REQUIREMENTS
– B.Tech / MBA / BBA
– Industrial Engineering or Operations Management preferred
– Certifications preferred: Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, ISO, PMP
– 2–5 years of experience in mid-size company
– 5–8 years of experience in large enterprise
– Preferred industries: Solar, Manufacturing, FMCG, EPC, Electrical, Operations-driven businesses
