ROLE
– Procure raw materials, electrical components, mechanical parts, consumables, and packaging materials.
– Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
– Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
– Coordinate with Production, Planning, Stores, Quality, and Finance teams.
– Monitor material availability and ensure timely deliveries.
– Identify alternate suppliers to optimize cost and quality.
– Maintain procurement records, quotations, and vendor documentation.
– Ensure compliance with procurement policies and quality standards.
– Prepare purchase MIS and cost analysis reports.

REQUIREMENTS
– B.Tech graduate
– 1–4 years of experience in procurement
