ROLE
– Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
– Drive primary and secondary sales in assigned region
– Increase market share and dealer productivity
– Monitor sales pipeline and conversion
– Appoint new distributors and dealers
– Activate inactive dealers
– Strengthen relationship with key channel partners
– Conduct regular dealer visits and business reviews
– Set targets and KPIs for team members
– Conduct field coaching and performance reviews
– Improve team productivity and discipline
– Identify new cities and growth markets
– Expand rural and semi-urban distribution
– Develop electrician, retailer, EPC, and installer network
– Prepare regional sales plan and forecasting
– Execute schemes, promotions, and market campaigns
– Ensure stock availability with distributors
– Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams
– Ensure timely payment collections
– Monitor outstanding and dealer credit limits
– Reduce overdue and bad debt risk
– Conduct dealer meets and product training programs
– Train channel partners on product features and installation basics
– Improve dealer engagement and loyalty
– Track competitor pricing, schemes, and market activities
– Share customer insights and market trends with management
– Identify new product opportunities
– Maintain accurate reporting in CRM
– Submit sales forecast, visit reports, and MIS
– Monitor team activities and productivity metrics
