ROLE
– Support end-to-end execution of utility-scale, C&I, and rooftop solar projects — schedules, milestones, and resource planning.
– Coordinate with engineering, procurement, logistics, and construction teams.
– Monitor contractor/subcontractor performance; conduct site inspections and progress reviews.
– Serve as primary liaison between clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams; represent project in review meetings.
– Facilitate approvals, inspections, and statutory compliances.
– Coordinate material/equipment delivery; monitor inventory, stock, and consumption records.
– Implement QA/QC procedures and enforce EHS standards; conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
– Coordinate pre-commissioning, testing, commissioning, and grid synchronization; ensure smooth handover with documentation.
– Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports; maintain DPRs, MOMs, RFIs, NCRs, and site logs.
– Track KPIs, budgets, and expenditures; support billing, variation orders, and project closure.
