ROLE
– Oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of solar PV systems
– Plan, coordinate, and dispatch service technicians for site visits and maintenance activities
– Develop and implement service processes and best practices to improve efficiency
– Provide expert technical guidance on solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and monitoring platforms
– Review and approve service and repair reports ensuring quality and compliance
– Manage customer service requests and ensure timely resolution of issues
– Address customer concerns professionally, maintaining high satisfaction levels
– Collaborate with sales and project teams for a seamless post-installation experience
– Lead, mentor, and train a team of service technicians and support staff
– Allocate resources effectively to meet service demands
– Conduct performance reviews and identify training and development needs
– Ensure all service activities comply with regulatory and industry standards
– Implement and enforce safety protocols across all service operations
– Maintain accurate service records, compliance documents, and customer logs
– Track KPIs such as response time, resolution time, and system uptime
– Analyze service data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
– Prepare and present performance reports to senior management
– Drive initiatives to enhance service quality and reduce system downtime
– Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost efficiency, and technology upgrades
– Support installations, upgrades, and warranty-related activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams

REQUIREMENTS
– 4+ years of experience in solar service management, operations, or maintenance
– Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, battery storage, and monitoring tools
– Experience with service management software, CRM systems, and reporting tools
– Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
– Knowledge of industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
– Willingness to travel to service sites as required
