TRC Executive
ROLE
– Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding inverter and battery complaints
– Diagnose technical issues through calls, WhatsApp, video support, and remote assistance
– Guide customers and dealers with installation checks and basic troubleshooting
– Support field technicians and service engineers in issue resolution
– Resolve issues related to solar inverters, lithium batteries, lead-acid batteries, installation and connectivity, and product performance complaints
– Register and manage complaints in CRM/ERP systems
– Ensure timely closure of service tickets as per TAT
– Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical teams
– Coordinate spare parts and replacement dispatch with logistics teams
– Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and resolutions
– Provide installation and commissioning support to dealers and electricians
– Conduct technical guidance and orientation sessions for channel partners
– Support remote commissioning activities and technical queries
– Maintain professional and empathetic communication with customers
– Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and accurate support
– Reduce repeat complaints through proper diagnosis and guidance
– Identify recurring technical issues and report trends
– Share customer feedback with product and quality teams
– Suggest improvements in troubleshooting SOPs and service processes
REQUIREMENTS
– Basic understanding of solar inverters, lithium batteries, lead-acid batteries, solar system installation, and electrical troubleshooting
– Knowledge of multimeter usage and fault analysis preferred
– Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel
– Strong communication and customer handling skills
– Good problem-solving ability
– Strong follow-up and coordination skills
– Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple complaints
– Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related technical field
– Experience in solar inverter, battery, or electrical support industry
– Exposure to technical troubleshooting and service support
– Hindi communication mandatory
– Regional language knowledge will be an added advantage
– Comfortable handling dealer and customer technical calls
