– Develop monthly YouTube content calendar aligned with business goals.
– Create content for solar education, product launches, customer success stories, dealer interviews, installation videos, factory tours, solar business opportunities, tech comparisons, industry trends, shorts/reels.
– Research trending solar and energy topics on YouTube.
– Shoot high-quality videos for YouTube and social media.
– Present videos confidently in Hindi and basic English.
– Explain technical solar concepts in simple language.
– Create engaging hooks and storytelling formats.
– Edit videos with thumbnails, captions, transitions, and music.
– Upload videos with SEO-friendly titles, tags, and descriptions.
– Optimize content for views, watch time, and subscriber growth.
– Build Loom Solar’s brand identity through consistent content.
– Increase subscriber base and audience engagement.
– Create viral and informative short-form content.
– Collaborate with influencers, dealers, electricians, and installers.
– Add CTA for dealer inquiries, rooftop solar leads, and franchise opportunities.
– Coordinate with CRM and sales teams for lead tracking.
– Track YouTube analytics: views, watch time, subscribers, engagement rate, leads generated.
– Share weekly and monthly performance reports.

REQUIREMENTS
– Strong camera presence and communication skills
– Video shooting and editing skills
– Knowledge of YouTube SEO
– Understanding of solar products and industry
– Creativity and storytelling ability
– Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, CapCut, YouTube Studio
– Social media marketing knowledge
– 2–5 years experience in YouTube content creation
– Experience in tech, solar, electrical, or consumer durable industry preferred
– Hindi-speaking presenter preferred
– Portfolio of YouTube channel or viral videos required
– Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, or related field
– Relevant certifications in video editing or digital marketing preferred
