ROLE
– Support the management and EHS & Sustainability teams in developing strategy and planning with specific actions pertaining to identified projects
– Provide technical input to management and EHS& Sustainability teams for new and existing projects
– Keep the operations team and management regularly updated on key milestones achieved in a project
– Responsible for all operational matters related to the registration, generation and sale of carbon credits/EACs from identified projects
– Working with internal and external stakeholders to create and submit the requisite documents for registration, verification and issuance of project in suitable carbon standard
– Conduct site visits and travel to project locations whenever needed, as per requirements of the project monitoring/verification process
– Develop a detailed and extensive work plan for each assigned project activity and take action as per the work plan to meet the deadline as per requirement of the carbon standard
– Timely preparation of monthly Carbon credit portfolio status report for senior management
– Ensuring timely resolution for the observations/comments raised by the Carbon standard and the 3 rd party verifier
– Develop and manage strong relationships with stakeholders including buyers, 3 rd party verifiers/DOE and other key stakeholders associated with the project assignments
– Coordination with traders, brokers and end users for the sale of Carbon credits and maintaining records for the same
– Ensure timely delivery of services according to the project contract terms and time

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities: Support the management and EHS & Sustainability teams in developing strategy and planning with specific actions pertaining to identified projects. Provide technical input to management and EHS& Sustainability teams for new and existing projects. Keep the operations team and management regularly updated on key milestones achieved in a project. Perform the following 1. Responsible for all operational matters related to the registration, generation and sale of carbon credits/EACs from identified projects for various carbon registries like ICM/CDM (article 6.4) /VERRA/GCC/REC/I-REC standard etc. 2. Working with internal and external stakeholders to create and submit the requisite documents for registration, verification and issuance of project in suitable carbon standard. Documents including but not limited to PSF/PDD, IRR sheet, Emission reduction sheet, Monitoring reports, Validations and Verifications report etc. 3. Conduct site visits and travel to project locations whenever needed, as per requirements of the project monitoring/verification process. 4. Develop a detailed and extensive work plan for each assigned project activity and take action as per the work plan to meet the deadline as per requirement of the carbon standard. 5. Timely preparation of monthly Carbon credit portfolio status report for senior management. 6. Ensuring timely resolution for the observations/comments raised by the Carbon standard and the 3 rd party verifier. 7.
