ROLE
– Asset Protection & Infrastructure Security: Ensure physical security of company assets including buildings, towers, equipment, and other critical infrastructure
– Vigilance & Surveillance Management: Establish and maintain a robust vigilance and surveillance network across the cluster with 24/7 monitoring capabilities
– Training & Capability Development: Design and execute periodic training programs for security personnel on SOPs, emergency response, compliance, conflict management, and operational readiness
– Government & Community Liaison: Build and maintain effective relationships with police authorities, district administration, and relevant government agencies
– Vendor & Security Workforce Management: Manage third-party security agencies and ensure compliance with SLAs, statutory requirements, and company standards
– Billing, MIS & Documentation: Validate and process monthly vendor invoices, deployment records, attendance sheets, and billing documentation

REQUIREMENTS
– Strong leadership and crisis management capabilities
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
– Sound knowledge of industrial security systems, surveillance, and risk management practices
– Familiarity with local laws, land/ROW matters, and government functioning
– Strong vendor and contract management skills
– High level of integrity and confidentiality
– Ability to manage multiple sites and stakeholders effectively
– Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
– Certifications in Industrial Security, Risk Management, or related fields preferred
– 8 to 10 years of experience in industrial/corporate security management, preferably handling large site or cluster operations
– Experience in government liaisoning, community engagement, and ROW management is highly preferred
