ROLE
– Prepare warehouse-wise and channel-wise distribution plans based on demand and inventory availability.
– Plan stock transfers and replenishment between warehouses to maintain optimum inventory.
– Monitor stock availability, ageing, excess inventory, and stock-outs.
– Coordinate with Demand Planning, Sales, Warehousing, and Logistics teams for smooth inventory movement.
– Analyse sales and inventory data to identify distribution gaps and improve product availability.
– Track dispatches, transfers, service levels, and OTIF performance.
– Prepare regular MIS and reports related to distribution and inventory.
– Support new product launches and promotional requirements from a distribution planning perspective.

REQUIREMENTS
– 2–4 years of experience in Distribution Planning / Inventory Planning / Supply Chain.
– Experience in FMCG, D2C, Retail, or E-commerce preferred.
– Strong Excel and analytical skills.
– Good understanding of inventory and warehouse operations.
– ERP/SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
– Strong coordination and communication skills.
