– Manage WhatsApp, email, and inbound calls for customer and prospect queries, providing customer support.
REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree
– Relevant work experience
– Local language preferred
Ecom inventory updates (data + qty), coordinating with facility
→ Core e-commerce operations work — inventory management is a classic ecom ops function.
Leading calls on leads
→ Sales coordination / lead management — this is inside sales or sales support responsibility.
Checking laptop delivery status with facility team
→ Order fulfillment / logistics coordination — post-sale operations.
Managing WhatsApp, email, and inbound calls for customer/prospect queries
→ Customer support / customer service function.
