Support the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment activities. | Source and screen candidate profiles through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels. | Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. | Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports. | Assist in candidate engagement, offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding coordination. | Support campus hiring, internship programs, and employer branding initiatives. | Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. | Perform other HR and recruitment-related activities as assigned. | Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field). | Strong verbal and written communication skills. | Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel. | Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. | Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and build a career in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
