ROLE
– Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound, storage, and dispatch
– Ensure proper inventory handling, stock accuracy, and space utilization
– Implement and maintain SOPs for warehouse processes
– Monitor inventory levels, aging, and replenishment planning
– Ensure accurate stock reconciliation across systems and physical inventory
– Reduce shrinkage, damages, and stock discrepancies
– Manage relationships with 3PL partners and logistics vendors
– Monitor performance through SLAs, TAT, and cost metrics
– Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth order fulfillment
– Ensure timely and accurate order processing and dispatch
– Optimize order flow for D2C and marketplace channels
– Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
– Drive cost reduction initiatives in logistics and warehousing
– Use data and reports to improve operational performance
– Lead and manage warehouse staff and supervisors
– Ensure proper training, productivity tracking, and performance management

REQUIREMENTS
– 4–7 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain
– Strong experience in 3PL management and backend logistics
– Experience in D2C / e-commerce / FMCG industry preferred
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
– Ability to manage teams and work in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of inventory planning and demand forecasting
– Exposure to ERP systems
