ROLE
– Monitor and manage power exchange transactions across various market segments on a 24×7 operational basis through roster-based support.
– Execute timely and accurate bid placement across market products including DAM, RTM, TAM, GTAM, GDAM, and REC.
– Coordinate daily with Power Exchanges, SLDCs, RLDCs, NLDC, and other stakeholders for scheduling, revisions, and operational activities.
– Register generators, consumers, and other market participants on the NOAR portal and relevant Power Exchange platforms.
– Prepare, verify, and submit Form IV and other statutory or operational documentation within prescribed timelines.
– Upload, reconcile, and validate transmission, distribution, scheduling, and operational charges.
– Monitor trade settlements and ensure accuracy of operational data and transaction records.
– Track regulatory developments, tariff orders, open access regulations, and ensure compliance with applicable Electricity Act provisions.
– Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and operational performance summaries for management review.
– Support process improvements, operational efficiency initiatives, and automation of routine activities.

REQUIREMENTS
– 2–4 years of experience in Power Exchange Operations, Open Access, or Power Trading.
– Strong understanding of electricity market products including DAM, RTM, TAM, GTAM, GDAM, and REC.
– Working knowledge of SLDC, RLDC, NLDC operations, NOAR portal, power scheduling, and Open Access procedures.
– Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, data analysis, documentation, and MIS reporting.
– Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
– Experience with scheduling software, Power Exchange platforms, or energy management systems.
– Knowledge of CERC/SERC regulations, tariff orders, DSM mechanisms, and Electricity Act provisions.
– Familiarity with VBA, Power BI, or other reporting and automation tools.
– Ability to work in rotational shifts to support 24×7 operations.
