ROLE
– Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and validation strategies for new product development.
– Perform functional, regression, integration, endurance, and performance testing.
– Conduct EMI/EMC, safety, and regulatory compliance verification.
– Analyze test results, identify defects, and drive root‑cause analysis with cross‑functional teams.
– Manage bug reporting, tracking, retesting, and closure using defect management tools.
– Create and maintain DVP, PRD, DFMEA, compliance matrices, SOPs, and test reports.
– Support NPI activities and manufacturing validation.
– Participate in customer issue investigation and field failure analysis.
– Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 quality processes and documentation requirements.
– Collaborate with design, firmware, hardware, production, and quality teams to deliver robust products.

REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field.
– Experience in product testing, validation, or quality engineering.
– Strong understanding of embedded systems and electronic products.
– Preferred experience with EV chargers, automotive electronics, smart meters, or industrial electronics.
– Proficiency in functional, integration, and endurance testing.
– Knowledge of DVT, PV, and field validation processes.
– Experience with compliance testing and documentation.
– Expertise in EMI/EMC and safety validation.
– Familiarity with defect management tools.
– Ability to use CAN Analyzer and conduct communication protocol testing.
– Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
– Knowledge of IEC, AIS, IS, or automotive standards.
– Exposure to EV charging systems and battery technologies.
– Internal Auditor certification or quality management experience.
