ROLE
– Conduct on-site surveys for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
– Measure and record roof/land dimensions, orientation, tilt angle, shading, and obstructions.
– Assess structural stability of mounting surfaces.
– Collect GPS coordinates, load details, and shadow analysis data.
– Prepare and submit site survey reports with drawings, sketches, and measurements.
– Coordinate with the design team for pre-installation planning.
– Ensure client sign-off on site survey documents where required.
REQUIREMENTS
– ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engg.
– 1–5 years of experience in solar site surveys and installations or working under PMSG.
– Knowledge of solar system components and installation processes.
– Proficient with survey tools: measuring tape, laser distance meter, compass, inclinometer, GPS, etc.
– Basic understanding of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Google Earth.
– Willingness to travel extensively and work outdoors.
