ROLE
– Coordinate with Marketing, LMD, FC, and Category teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and timely delivery for Saathi partners.
– Act as the primary point of contact for Saathi partners for all operational queries, complaints, and post‑sale service needs, resolving issues within defined TAT.
– Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records and ensure timely reporting to internal stakeholders.
– Relay ground‑level market feedback, partner requirements, and competitor insights to relevant internal teams for informed decision‑making.
– Support Saathi partners with product knowledge, scheme communication, and availability updates to enable informed purchase decisions.
– Ensure timely collections and proactively flag credit risks to the relevant stakeholders.
– Drive repeat purchases by maintaining consistent partner engagement and building trust‑based, long‑term relationships.
– Achieve monthly sales targets from the assigned Saathi partner network through structured beat planning and regular field visits.
